Applicant Requirements:

  • Qualification: BDS, MDS
  • Experience: 2+ Years

Applicant Duties:

The Applicant Must:

  • Check the patient’s dental health using dental instruments
  • Maximum 4 to 5 types of medicines and 7 days of medication in one OPD Ticket must be prescribed
  • Maintain dental procedure register
  • Provide a maximum of 4 OPD tickets to one patient per day (exceptional cases only)
  • Do not entertain any casualty cases! Refer them to the nearest government facilities as we are not equipped to deal with emergency cases
  • No referral is allowed to any Private Medical Shop for medicine purchases
  • No referral is allowed to any private clinics/hospital for further treatment
  • Patients requiring cleft lip/ palate surgery are to be referred to our network hospital only, no outside referral is allowed. ( Refer to a government hospital if our clinic is not available)
  • If the patient requires treatment other than your department then do inter-departmental reference needed like Eye/ Dental/Homeopathy (they will need another ticket from the reception)
  • Notwithstanding anything instructed/intimated orally written or otherwise to the contrary, the patient’s health is of utmost importance and a medical staff is required to take steps as prescribed under law/Dental Council of India guidelines/rules made by any statutory body or otherwise

**Hence under no circumstances whatsoever shall a patient’s health be endangered or laws/rules be broken

Applicant Responsibilities:

The Applicant Should:

  • Talk to Patients as if your family member as if your family member as they can be cured 50% mentally.
  • Make the patient sit on the dental chair. Prescribe placebo medicines for the satisfaction of the patient.
  • Avoid irrational use of Antibiotics, Steroids, and unnecessary medicine using higher spectrum antibiotic medicines as we provide medicines free of cost.
  • If the patient has visited another department on the same day, the doctor should check the same so that a repetition of medicines does not occur
  • Further before doing any surgical procedure, please ensure that the patient is fit medically and does not suffer from diseases that may affect your medical procedure like diabetes, heart disease, blood thinning problem, and so on depending on the condition of the patient. At any point, do not take any risk for dental procedures and immediately refer to a government hospital

Conditions for Applicant:

All these mentioned conditions will be applied upon hiring:

  • No monetary transaction is permitted with the patient or the patient’s party. Only authorized charges as displayed on the rate chart are allowed to be taken and proper receipt should be provided
  • No medical representative is to be entertained under any circumstances
  • In case of any problem/requisition/same is arise to be provided to the center in charge and if no action is taken, the field office and OM are to be informed depending on priority
  • To Note: On Weekly Holidays, he/she cannot do any private practice within 50 KMs Radius of any RHCF center
  • To Note: After leaving the organization, there will be a one-year cooling period i.e. he/she will not be allowed to do any private practice within a 50 KMs radius of the RHCF Centre

Applicant Requirements:

Qualification(s):

  • Has a Diploma in Pharmacy or any other qualification approved by the Pharmacy Council of India
  • Or, Diploma in Pharmacy Part-I and Part-II shall consist of a certificate of having passed the course of study prescribed in Chapter II of these regulations.
  • Or, Diploma in Pharmacy Part-III shall consist of a certificate of having satisfactorily completed a course of practical training as prescribed in Chapter III of these regulations.

Experience:

2+ Years

Applicant Duties & Responsibilities:

  • The Pharmacist checks the availability of the drugs prescribed by the Doctor. If the Drug is available at the pharmacy, then the pharmacist provides the prescribed medicines and makes an entry into the records about the quantity of the drug
  • The pharmacist will dispense medicine as per mention in the OPD ticket
  • Before the medicines are dispensed the date of expiry should be checked
  • While disbursing the medicines, the pharmacist should clearly explain the dosage and timing of drugs and proper counseling
  • At the end of the shift, the pharmacist makes an entry of the total medicines dispensed and reduces the same from the stock book. The first Expiry First Out (FEFO) principle should be followed for moving the drugs in stock.  Two months’ Buffer stock of drugs should be maintained as per the patient load.
  • The List of the Drugs Available should be displayed in Doctor’s chamber and updated periodically.
  • The pharmacy in charge will give requisition of medicine indent to center in charge after signature center in charge will send indent to store manager.
  • The Pharmacist in charge should take stock of the drugs in the Pharmacy twice a week and as per the requirement indent should be sent to the store manager in HO, the store manager will forward it to the Purchase manager, and the Purchase manager will approve it with the coordination of Operation manager for final approval.
  • The pharmacist in charge will receive medicine from the Kolkata office and has to make GRN with coordination of the center in charge and the center in charge will send GRN to the Store manager in HO.
